Liesl Cruz
is a highly experienced vocal coach and performer who has worked with hundreds of students and taught thousands of lessons over the years.
Creator of the Empowered Singer’s Roadmap™
—a professional vocalist, music educator, and mom of three with over a decade of experience helping developing singers unlock the full power of their voices. She hold a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus in music and art, and she has taught hundreds of lessons guiding students of all ages toward vocal freedom and confidence.
She created the Empowered Singer’s Roadmap™ because she saw what was missing: students who could sing, but didn’t yet understand how or why their voices worked—or how to make empowered choices that aligned with their artistry.
In her studio, your child won’t just be told what to sing.

What makes The Empowered Singer’s Roadmap different from regular voice lessons?
Most voice lessons focus only on songs and technique. The Empowered Singer’s Roadmap is different—it’s a holistic, step-by-step system that develops the whole singer: technique, artistry, mindset, and self-confidence. Students don’t just learn what to sing; they learn how and why their voices work—so they can make empowered, intentional choices on and off the stage.
What kind of feedback does my child receive?
Students submit short practice videos each week and receive customized, one-on-one video feedback from Liesl. This approach helps them make clear progress between classes, ensuring they feel supported and guided even outside of live sessions.
What if my child is shy or not ready for group singing yet?
That’s completely okay! The Rising Stars community is intentionally nurturing and supportive—every singer grows at their own pace. For those who prefer a little extra personal guidance, the VIP upgrade includes a monthly 30-minute private session to help build confidence and ease the transition from one-on-one lessons to a more collaborative learning model.
What happens after the 6-month program?
Students who complete the program are invited to continue as part of the Rising Stars Membership Community. Continued access includes advanced vocal training, new content in the On-Demand Library, and optional seasonal VIP packages for ongoing private coaching.
